Prices start from £28.99 for up to four children and vary depending on the date and number of children attending.
Got less than four children? That means the kids get even more time to chat with our Elves and discuss their Christmas list.
Got more than four children, you can upgrade to a group of 4-6 children or drop us a message for a bespoke group booking where we will put together a package just for you.
You only need to buy one ticket per visit.
Yes, we can only visit once a booking has been made at least 24hours prior to the booking date.
When booking, you choose the date and time session for your visit.
Then 48 hours before your visit we will send you your specific 1 hour window for when you can expect to find an Elf At The Door
In the event of a request to reschedule a visit, we will do all we can to accommodate but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Please note we are unable to offer refunds or guarantee an alternative date or time once your slot has been allocated.
Each visit will last approximately 10minutes and include songs, magic, entertainment and a Christmas gift / personal letter from Santa for each child.
Our Elves are always losing things so unfortunately they can’t take cash. All payments should be made online when booking.
Like most children, the Elves love sweets, with a particular fondness for a candy cane at Christmas!!! As long as the children have been good this year it will be candy canes all round.
Once you have booked your slot on a date and session of your choice, the Elves will get to work to plan a route that is both Sleigh and Reindeer friendly. The route should be planned at least 48 hours before your visit and you will be sent a one hour time slot.
