Booking an elf is far simpler than wrapping a bicycle. Pick your package, pick a day, time slot and let us handle the magic.
Choose a package
From doorstep home visits and street parties to nurseries, schools and care homes, we have a variety of visits and packages to suit every occasion. You just need to choose which one.
Pick a date
New for 2026 — we have no set dates. You set the date, we check the diary, and if your first choice is full we'll always look to squeeze you in on another day. Send us your enquiry and we'll confirm your date.
Fill in your festive visit form
Once you're booked and paid, we'll send a link to your own festive visit form — names and ages, favourite things, Christmas list wishes and who's been naughty this year. Two minutes of your time, and it's exactly what lets us make each visit magical and totally tailored to you and the children.
Your visit day
Once you're all booked in, you'll have your timeslot you selected and that's when you can expect to find an Elf At The Door. We'll always try to accommodate any changes where possible, but all bookings are non-refundable — Santa just hates the paperwork.

Check which dates our elves are already visiting near you, then send your enquiry. Santa is just gathering the elves, so it may be a couple of weeks until we can take bookings — we'll be in touch.
